The Madhu Hard Anodised Frypan is a flat, versatile frying pan in hard-anodised aluminium with a tough black finish, perfect for everyday roasting and shallow-frying. It comes in sizes from 16 to 22 cm and is available in both an induction-base (IB) and a non-induction (Non-IB) version, sold by weight. The hard-anodised surface heats evenly for crisp omelettes, cutlets and sautes.
